This is a easy trick to make any fish dish look - and taste - even better

Put a pan on a high heat and wait for the pan to get hot. Place half a lemon on the pan (dry, no oil) and check it every 30 seconds. Stop when it looks good!

The sugars in the lemon will caramelise and add a beautiful smoky note when squeezed on your fish.
